We created our show, Infinite Improvisation Podcast, working across international borders and time zones to share our passion for learning through creativity and music improvisation.
Today, I host a new show launched in 2024, Lauren’s Best, with interviews and solo episodes. After more than 15 years of voice coaching, I help fellow podcasters expand their voice power and grow as impact-driven entrepreneurs.

I'm a little different than you're typical voice coach, podcast producer, or singer…
- I’m a published performing poet, currently working on audio poetry and sound art using historical texts. I was Owen Sound’s Poet Laureate 2017-2019, and I currently create intermedia poetry, and perform spoken word poetry with improvised music. I released my first full length collection of poetry in 2023, Just Leaves.
- I’ve worked on music education projects alongside cognitive neuroscientists and learned from experts in brain health and neuroplasticity. I bring evidence-based approaches into my professional practice and daily life, to combine intuitive presence with strategic planning.
- I’ve been involved in helping to create a variety of media products for screen, print, audio, and online. I love helping creatives come together to make something in a team, and I equally love helping individuals dive into creative exploration and producing their own bodies of work.
